Part of Hartwick College located near Cooperstown, New York, the Institute is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to making leadership extraordinary.
Our full and half-day leadership seminars explore the task of leading in fresh and intriguing ways. Leadership seminars take as their text either Hartwick classic leadership cases or carefully selected film clips shown during the seminar. Every leadership seminar provides the opportunity for rich discussion about leadership, skillfully facilitated in a no-lecturing-allowed environment.
